I called Mike Diamond after seeing the $99 ad. They came out in the time frame they said they would. The plumber was clean, respectful and smelled good.
BUT, when he handed me his written estimate for 1) unstopping the clog in our bathroom sink and 2) changing the p-trap in the same sink, I knew it was at least 3 times what it should be. The estimate total was $630.
I said "No Thank You". They did not charge for the call out.
I called another plumber and the same job was done for $105. Mike Diamond wanted to charge me six times what another plumber charged?!?!?!
