I ordered two memory modules on June 30 and paid extra for Next Day Delivery. I received an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I gave it through the weekend and contacted "Isaac" the following Monday after still receiving nothing. He said he would have it shipped right away but by that point I didn't trust them to do it nor should I have been charged the Next Day Shipping price. I asked that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. I put in a dispute with my credit card company for a fraudulent charge. All of a sudden, July 19th, I get a tracking number. I was not home when it came but the package was left at my door. I immediately returned it to sender without opening and called again. Many calls and emails have been made to have the money returned. Each time I'm told they will call me back (never happens) or they say it will be taken care of. Never happened. They managed to take the time to file a counter dispute with my credit card and I was recharged the money nearly three months later. I've been calling regularly since then and have pursued legal action against them. This company is a massive fraud and I find it curious that the same day I got recharged for the transaction I also found other fraudulant charges on my account. BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!
