A tech was sent to our house through are insurance company. The tech told the insurance company that the vent was capped off on the roof. The tech never even jumped up on the roof he looked from down below and when I got home I climbed on the roof and what he had seen was the ring that held the cap down it was a clear pipe insurance would not cover me because of his assumption. Very disappointed and think they should take more pride in there work
