I was going to buy a vehicle here, but ran into this finance guy named Chris. (big fat guy) anyways, he is a total liar and tried to screw me on my financing. He said he was going to lower my interest rate if I purchased a package deal on a warranty and gap protection. When I asked how he was going to lower the rate, he said he was going to charge it to the cost of financing. what does that even mean? when I said no to the products, he refused to give me the lowered rate, so I walked out. I will not buy a vehicle from a place that has shady finance managers. Sorry. I heard he used to work at Fontana Nissan and had horrible complaints there as well.
