I ordered boxes for my retail store on July 27th. It is now September 2nd, and the boxes have yet to arrive. I have tried numerous times to contact Magic Wand Weddings by phone and by email. My credit card was charged for this transaction.
I am furious with their lack of concern. Their phone service is obviously a scam, since I have never reached an actual person. It states that "all representatives are helping other customers at the time" and to please leave a message and someone will respond within 2 business days. I have not gotten a call back once for all of the messages I have left them. I have also left my name and number under the "press 1 to place an order" to no avail.
At this point, the tourist season is over, and I just want my money back!
Do not order from Magic Wand Weddings!
If it was possible to give them ZERO stars, I would.
