BEWARE-Worst experience ever.
We hired this plumber to install 3 Kohler pots &fix the leaks under sink. First of all he was always late, never valued our time. All 3 toilets were installed very poorly.1st toilet had it's cap broken,2nd toilet flush continuously ran water & 3rd pot had leakage in it.Also the leaks in the kitchen continued. So we called him to take a look at it because of his so called warranty. And the first thing he did was complain about his car gas to come to our house. He was not able to identify the source of leakage & said the pot was defective. He was not able to tell me why the flush was continuously running & said that pot was also defective.I asked him if he meant 2 out of 3 pots defective,he just didn't answer. The toilet ca on the 3rd cap was installed poorly(which over phone he had claimed that we kicked on it).I showed him how it was installed & asked him why it was done badly.Again he just doesn't answer. He said he fixed the leaks in the kitchen but as you wold guess, they continuesd. Finally I told my handy man to take a look at everything and there it was he had installed the flushpot gasket poorly ,that's why it leaked. I'm surprised that a plumber who calls himself a licensed plumber was not able to fix or even detect the issue that a handyman could. I call Meeks again because the problems continued in the kitchen,he started lying that he told me to change the faucet.I was totally shocked at this. I told him what the issue was with the toilet. He was caught. So he started arguing & yelling not letting me talk . He started behaving so badly that I asked him to leave the house. He took over $600 from us and damaged our pots costing us even more money. Obviously he doesn't respect your time, money & opinions. He is not serious about his work. That was a total rip-off. Just be careful....there are many more professional people out there to hire...this person doesn't even deserve to be called a plumber.
