I have been using Amberen for about 2 yrs. It did take about 2 month before I noticed any results. I know everyone body is different but this supplement without a doubt drastically decreases all those miserable symptoms esp the hot flashes and mood swings. I have recommended it to others and most have been very pleased with the results.. Like I said it did take about 2 months the first time I started. Towards the end of the 90 day off, my s/s's return but are under hand within a week or two. I support this product after trying several others.
