If you need your pool resurfaced, this is the man to call! First of all, I had Rich come out to my house two years ago. He gave me the estimate (which was much less than the other two companies I called). Still, I could not afford to do at that time. I let him know that I needed to wait. He told me unless something unforeseen happened, his price would not change. Well, two years later he still honored the price!
I am a swim instructor so I was concerned about the time it would take to do the job. My pool also is 20 years old and I needed to replace some tile while saving other and that was a concern.
He started on Tues. afternoon and was filling the pool Sat. afternoon. Four days! That was with a one day delay he did not count on! You may think, work that fast may be rushed through, to the contrary, he worked on the pool in a way in which I believe he would have done his own. I am a perfectionist and when I saw the way he cut out the top tile from the patio, I knew I had nothing to worry about.
Like I said earlier, if you need your pool resurfaced, call this man! It is obvious that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Thanks Rich! From a VERY happy customer.
