I would never ever use them again~ worst experience ever in my 48 years on this earth! IT took them a week to get my part in and the day they were supposed to show up between 8:00 - 10:00 in the a.m. they never showed or called after several phone calls on my part John final called me back only to be extremely rude and called me a liar over 15 times! I left the phone call and tears and just shaken and he just laughed. I called my husband who is a Sr. Special Agent with the Federal Government another thing he said I was lying about~ then when I asked him to stop being an ass he told me I was lying about being a Christian John didn't stop he loved to hear me cry it's was sick! All this over getting my sink/garbage disposal fixed! When my husband called John back to straighten this out with him John was to afraid to answer the phone or return his call. He could beat me to tears over the phone but not return my husband's calls. What a guy~ SO we called another company that came that same day and fixed it the very SAME day! What a Thought!!! SO save yourself the same HELL ON EARTH EXPERIENCED THAT I HAVE AND YOUR MONEY AND TEARS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY ARE SO NOT WORTH ONE SECOND OF YOUR TIME! He now has talked to my husband and DENIED everything! WOW! EVEN calling me a lair!!! I guess he is afraid to be a real man and tell the truth~ so sad~ stay away from this company at all cost you will never get your phone calls returned and if you do you never know what they may say to you ~ I am waiting for my apology I will keep you posted!
