Well I actually had the Law Offices of Stephen L. Burns modify my loan. I worked with a case manager by the name of Benjamin White. Originally, he told me it would take 2 months to complete my modification. It ended up taking a little over 3 months. In the end, I have to say I am very Satisfied with my result like Benjamin said that I would be. They took my interest rate from a 9% interest rate to 3.125% - 30 year FIXED!!! If you have any doubts, I am living proof..
