We had interviewed several pool contractors prior to choosing LA Custom Pools. Some were cheaper, but none of them gave us the comfort level and personal attention the LA Custom Pools did. They were creative, easy going and paid attention to the details, at one point even talking us out of the use of a tile in favor of shale stone, yielding a much more attractive result.
Their staff was there when they said they would be. They always left the site clean when they left and there was always someone onsite I could easily communicate with. They stand behind their work and have been very responsive to problem requests well after they are done with the project.
I would definitely use them and again! A very professional company!
