Not only do we have a beautiful pool and spa, but everyone at L.A. Custom Pools made our pool building experience a pleasure. Larry and Glenn worked closely with my husband and I to come up with a design that pleased both of us. They helped us to determine what we really wanted out of a pool and spa and how to make it a reality. Lynn, their office manager, kept in continuous contact with us to provide progress updates and even assisted us with some color and material decisions. Jim, the construction manager was always on site to make sure things were being done according to plan and was there to help if we had any questions or concerns. When the pool was complete, Jim gave us a tutorial that even gave me the confidence to help maintain and operate our new pool and spa. From the custom decking, to the gunite, every part of this experience was conducted in the most professional manner I have seen out of a contractor. I would highly recommend L.A. Custom Pools and Spas.
