This company is horrible. I ordered a $3000 printer for my company. I received an email verifying my order but no information about delivery. I waited a week then called the company to ask about delivery. The person on the phone informed me that it takes a while longer to ship because my item was so big that it needed to go out by freight shipping. He said that he would call me back in hour. I never heard from him. I called back another
time another time and then I was told that my model was backordered, they ordered the wrong model and if I paid another $600 in shipping then they could ship it to me. I told him that I didn't want the printer and that I wanted to cancel my order and have it credited back to my account. I still have not received the credit. Every time I call I am asked to call back and it will be done. It still is not done. Do not ever order from this company.
