Review 9/29/2010
|
Bought a BMW 2005 545i in early 2010, the car presented electrical problems hours after I've got home. Needed a jump start and consequently a new battery, K-Cars replaced the original BMW battery with a $50 dollar RECYCLED battery.
After that electrical system presented all sorts of errors (because of the battery I assumed) after a lot of talk car went to a proper BMW dealer instead of their own backyard mechanic. I got so deluded with the car that I inquired about their "3 days no questions asked returned" policy, but suddenly all the other cars on the lot that I ha interest on were sold or about to be sold. Flat out lie.
Because of their rudeness, lack of education and general bad manners I've finally gave up dealing with them, just to find out few months later (because another electrical problem) that the car was on 3 MAJOR ACCIDENTS and that the previous owner is actually being sued by one of the victims, I've been contacted by her lawyer who was trying to track down the car owner. This information was never disclosure before, neither verbally or written. I would never paid full price (or any price for that matter) for a car that was on 3 accidents. It should have a salvage title.
I have documentation to back me up on every single accusation. This dealer has terrible reviews all over the web and 1 investigation from the DMV pending. STAY AWAY. They are not even sketchy, they are borderline criminals.
