Who likes to really spend money for maintanance on their car.. Not me but I was in the Pasadena area and needed an oil change really bad. i was well over 5,000 miles since my last change.
Pulled up and only one car was in front of me. Waited in my car for about 10 minutes before one of the employees actually came up to my car. He asked me to go into the office so they could collect my information. Waited in the office with no help. I don't know what they were all doing since they obviously weren't busy. It seemed like they were hoping I would leave. After 20 minutes, I walked back to my car which hadn't moved and left. I went to a non-franchise name oil change place near by and was done within 30 minutes.
