I am not one to normally write reviews, but felt that this experience was worth the time. I ordered a beautiful jewelry box for my niece and had it sent directly to her. Unfortunately, her mother called me to say it was damaged in shipping. I contacted Jewelry Box Direct and they quickly resolved the issue and within a couple days she had a perfect jewelry box. She loves it and I couldn’t be happier. Really surprised how easy it all was and will shop again.
