Lost diamond & poor customer service

I purchased a engagement ring from your company on 11/19 and received it on 11/27. I proposed on the evening of 11/28 and by 11/30 a diamond on the side of the ring has already fallen out.
I am not happy as this is a VERY BIG EVENT for me. Not to mention that it makes me look VERY BAD!!!
The company states they are available 24/7 but the phones don't take messages and they don't seem to return calls.
I would never recommend this company ever and you have to pay for shipping back to the company yourself.
