Awful and shameful!

Jbs installed a system for my parents-they jerked them around for almost 2 weeks , kept changing the install date without telling them, left unpatched holes etc... Now they avoid their phone calls because the job STILL isnt finished!!!!! And this was over 3 months ago!!!! This company is unprofessional, disorganized and deceitful. If i could give them less than 1 star i would.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company!!!
