Horrible experience

Needed a ceiling repaired from a leak and contacted our home warranty who arranged for J & M Painting (Michael Hansen)to do the repair. We left several calls without a response and after contacting our warranty company he finally called us after 6 days. When he arrived he was condescending and said the warranty would only cover him patching the whole cut for the repairs and not repairing the water damage. I told him we will find someone else to do the complete repair. As he walked away he called me an a**hole. I do not recommend him.
