Mike from J&M came out about 2 weeks ago (Saturday) after First American Warranty authorized repairs...He took a look at the work and instantly stated he wanted to do it Monday. After Mike didn't come out or call Monday, I called him and he said the warranty company denied to cover and that's why he didn't come out. Terrible on his part for not calling us to let us know he wasn't coming. I called the warranty company and they said "not true" and that all was covered as previously authorized, which is why they sent Mike (J&M Painting) to repair the holes. They said he would be calling to come back out to repair the holes. Mike never called...We gave him until Thursday to return our calls to give him the opportunity to follow-up, but he never did. 24hr call back would've been the professional thing to do, but he chose not to follow-up at all. We had a huge hole with an electrical outlet exposed, and we have two small children...It needed to be fixed ASAP. We would've at the very least appreciated a call from him to tell us he was too busy or whatever excuse he could come up with, so we could get someone else out right away. SHAME ON YOU MIKE from J&M PAINTING. (The rating makes you select 1 star minimum...but he really deserves zero stars.
BTW - First American sent someone else right out (next day) and they had all the holes repaired same day. First American gets an A+...J&M gets an F.
