It has been a number of months since our company ordered mugs from CustomGlassware.com to be given out at its 10th anniversary banquet. Everything was clearly spelled out during the ordering process and customer service was very pleasant to deal with. To this day, your mugs have stood the test of time and many dishwasher loads - and still look brand-new!
