I have been buying Repeatedly from this company since it first started in 2001. A couple of times the product arrived slightly damaged(All UPS's fault) and the representatives at Icedoutgear took care of right away. I can not speak highly enough of their commitment to excellent service. I wish a lot of companies would learn to do business the way Icedoutgear.com does.
