This company solicited the sale which they claim not to do which is false because they called us. They also try to blame other companies but we never spoke with anyone but IDCservco. They called and asked for copier information on a new employee and then continued to send toner after we called to cancel. We spoke to Sara Smith (probably a fake name) every time and she refused to cancel without charging us $1000 and is still sending toner. They have charged us $529 a toner which should cost $80 at most. There is no way that pricing is legal. When Sara called again wanting us to fax back a paper we refused and she hung up on us. They have billed us for $4000!!!! For toner that would cost only a few hundred. SCAM. No way around it and there is no explanation to justify this. I can only hope the word gets out of what a scam this company is!!!
