I AM EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY CHARGED ME $2,500.00 AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME OUT. WHEN I REQUESTED STATUS, THEY DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY CASE. ONCE I STARTED CONTACTING MY BANK AND I REALIZED THEY HAD NEVER MADE CONTACT WITH MY BANK, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY. THEY SAID THAT THEY NEEDED $1,500.00 TO CONTINUE WHEN THEY HADNT DONE ANYTHING. I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDNT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY AND THE MANAGER JUST GOT MAD, WALKED OUT AND LEFT ME TALKING. ALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNPOLITE AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.
