Stay away from this fraudulent company

I initially got this IPTV service from another company called iTalkBB. This company was involved in a dispute with iTalkBB about the service early last year and they were fighting fiercely to win over customers. A manager at this company (Hanya Star) tried
his best and pursuaded me to stay with Hanya Star even iTalkBB offered better product/service. I believed him and stayed with Hanya Star which I now realize it is a big mistake. Recently, I asked this company to upgrade the service. I talked to two customer
representatives about this and they told me different fees/charges. I then talked to 2 managers and they promised to resolve the issue. After a long (over 2 months) waiting, they told me that they would not be able to help. This is a typical crap business
that has some fraudulent charge system/scheme. I wouldn't recommend any one to use their products/services because they will rip you off. If you want to get IPTV services, try others and stay away from this one!
