I had given this company money in November, 2010 for a trip to Peru that was supposed to start on April 20th.this was a trip I had wanted to take all my life to Macchu Picchu..I never received any of my travel documents nor did my friend. We had been told that we would receive them via e-mail two weeks ahead...I was reassured on 4 different occasions by "Juan" that they were running late because of all the extra business they had for Easter. "Juan" promised that I would receive the info on Mon, April 11th at the latest. I spoke to Juan on the morning of April 11th...he reassured me that the documents were coming that afternoon...no documents came. I tried to call multiple times that afternoon...the phone just went to music...same thing the morning of April 12th...no answer..and no answer since. I was able to get a refund from my credit card company...this company is fraudulent at best and needs to be put out of business if they aren't already.
DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY...it is a scam and GOTMYFARE.com is dishonest!!!
