Excellent phone and email customer service: I was an accidental buyer and become a customer.

I email with a question about vintage fountain pen repair and price for Montblanc ink, they call me right away to tell me they could not help me with the fountain pen repair, but gave me helpful suggestions. Also they gave me a fair price on the Montblanc ink. I have a old phone and have difficulties hearing but she was most gracious and patient repeating words as necessary. On the other hand she has no problem understanding me and my Spanish accent. She was very patient with all my request of the various colors of ink, even calling Montblanc in my behalf for an out of stock color. She was nice, courteous, personable, and very professional. She call me back to complete the order, and 48 hours later I have the ink at home. This was one of the best customer experiences buying on line/on the phone ever.
