Gideon's Fine Jewelry is a solid, professional and trustworthy company.
I tripped onto their site on the Internet and felt pretty sure that they had the exact model watch I was looking for. The site looked classy and gave me faith that I would be dealing with real watches, not fakes. That part of my shopping equation was most important.
I called and spoke to Dini, a highly professional, well-informed agent who offered me a price I had never expected to get for the watch I desired. Not only that, she attended to all the details of its styling and made sure that we were both on the same page. She needed to order the watch from the manufacturer in a very short time frame. I needed it quickly. She promised that I would receive the watch by the end of the week and even worked with me on the shipping costs. I was impressed. She also emailed all details of the transaction to me and further built my trust in her and the Gideon business.
During the few days of waiting, the company wrote me updates as to their progress and underscored their willingness to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. I was impressed! Their attention to details, special concerns and fine service is above what most businesses offer.
The watch arrived on time. The packing was impressive--they knew how to get this to me in one piece and the gift wrap dazzled.
I will use Gideon's Fine Jewelry whenever I want other fine pieces of jewelry--but will have to wait awhile for the price of gold and platinum to go down!
