I WAS AMAZED AT THE QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE

I first stumbled upon the Gems Bond show several years ago while channel surfing and there was Jeremy auctioning the most beautiful emerald ring I had ever seen. Not even thinking twice, I phoned in and quickly registered. I won the auction for $2900.
Within a week I received this glorious piece of jewelry. At the time, I don't remember them saying anything about an appraisal so I took it to my GIA certified gemologist. She appraised that ring for almost $30,000!!! That was in May 2010. Since then I have
purchased numerous items from Bond. Some items came with appraisals and a few items I had appraised, all for much more than I paid. I have not been disappointed in anything. Only once did I have to return an item because a small diamond had fallen out of the
mount. The situation was quickly resolved. Just yesterday I received a fantastic Alexandrite ring. It is simply jaw dropping gorgeous and I'm sure it will appraise for much more than I paid. I was surprised to learn of other customer complaints, but can say
on a personal basis that Bond has always worked with me on every issue. I was very disappointed to learn of their abbreviated summer hours and sincerely wish Bond the best of luck in continuing to provide the quality I was so impressed with from the beginning.
