We ordered a supercharger and halfshafts for a customer of ours. The company told us they did not accept credit cards, so we sent them a check for 10360.00 which they cashed. That was on 08/05/08. We did not receive the order, on 9/05/08, we cancelled the order and at that point they sent us the half shafts? We sent those back on 9/17/08. We have called and they have given us every excuse about financial issues, inventory issues, credit card dispute charge backs, they will send the money...etc. We have called them approximately 20 times and got the runaround everytime. I work at a successful dealership and I have also contacted Mopar concerning this issue. We have been promised to have our money refunded, the owner Scott, is never there but all that work for him are really nice, but our money has been in their hands for over 2 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have had to take other measures to try to recover our money. I understand today that they are at the SEMA show. In 28 years in the car business, this is the first time that I have dealt with such unprofessionalism and unethical business practices.
