Very poor customer service related to email. No phone support. Desired a return on product because of item dissatisfaction and was denied (one day out of the 14 day return policy) until I threatened a credit card dispute. I was able to return the product successfully (one-time courtesy) and have received the refund in full. My only complaint at this point is that they tried to bribe me with $20 to remove my unfavorable review on here. [Sent from Terry, "If you wish to remove your review you just posted on Trustlink, we will even go further, and refund you an additional $20.00. So that would be $94.95 going to your account."]
