The concept is wonderful, however I wouldn't refer this organization to anyone. Began with them in February 2010 and as of 5-19-10, we are no closer to obtaining the money than we were in February. Claim follow-up is poor; one letter over 3 months. When the work being done was being questioned, the Managing Director indicated that he was going to send the e-mail in question to his Corporate Attorney. Questionable Customer Service and the lack of any formal letterhead on what few correspondence there is leaves one feeling that this is a scam. The charge is 25% of the property and have not received any form of update on what is actually being done. If the property is easily accessible and won't require considerable work or follow-up, this company may work for you, however, if there is considerable work, reconsider before pursuing services with them.
