I had went in to purchase a vehicle and left with a 2004 Ford Expedition with payments for under $350., which was perfect, it also included GAP insurance and the alarm system, these were added without any permission from me..14 days later, I get a call that I needed to come in and sign my contract again, a little confused I went in and found out their banks couldn't finance the amount of the Exp., so they took off the GAP insurance and the alarm, which apparently I had to have, now they couldn't include these options anless I gave them 1,600. which I had put NO MONEY DOWN! I had such a hard time negotiate for 3 hours...END RESULT THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP ME, SO I GOT MY TRADE IN BACK AND LEFT!!!! 2 WEEKS LATER I CHECKED MY CREDIT SCORE HOPING TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER----THEY CHECKED MY CREDIT SO MANY TIMES MY SCORE DROPPED FROM 670 TO 519!!!!!!!!!!BE VERY AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING!!!!!!
