I had needed a new townhome to purchase and this company was excellent. They found me an incredible deal (foreclosure), got me an excellent price (15k below the listing price) and assisted me with the entire process: from visiting different homes, to signing the contracts, finding the right inspectors, and being with me at the closing table. Plus i got a $1000 bonus rebate that helped me buy my furniture. :).
