This company at the beginning seemed to be legitimate. But as time went by the Manager and Owner seemed to side with the tenants leaving the owners as the enemy. Rents were collected on the 1st of the month but the owners would not receive them until after the 25 of the month and sometimes later with no explanation. Also any late fee's collected and kept by the management company. The manager exact quote "Dale will be handling all of the accounting……………examples: questions on Owner Statements, Invoices, Payments, Charges to tenant accounts, etc." un quote. But we still would not hear from him or anyone else for days after we would ask for explanations. I have stopped any and all business with this company due to their bad service and incompetence to comply with owners on a timely manner. I have since learned and have proof that this owner has robbed many people out of thousands if not millions of dollars after asking them to invest in his company.
