First part of Dec, ordered a diamond ring for my wife for Christmas. As Christmas approached, I got concerned about receiving the item. Called the merchant and the phone number(s) now no longer go to a real person. The merchant has stopped answering my
emails. The merchant’s web site (https://www.finetresor.com/) has been shut down for “maintenance” for almost 3 weeks. Stay away from these people. They can take your money and they know how to disappear into the night!
