FHT Auto Transport Inc., is unreliable. They moved my car from New Jersey to California in 12/10 and damaged my front bumper. They are now not claiming responsibility for the damage. I've sent photos and documents to FHT multiple times, because they either misplaced or lost them. The photos clearly show no damage to my bumper at time of pick up. The damage done to my front bumper is from it being chained down to the tow truck or flat bed, that it was transported on. The FHT driver initialed the damage on delivery, and now they don't want to pay to get it repaired. FHT took 3 months to make a decision, that should have taken a couple weeks. Now I'm going to have to take them to court to get my car repaired back to it's original condition.
I would NOT recommend them to any one who wants they're car delivered in the condition it was picked up in.
