From the moment I spoke to Analia on the phone, I knew that Eureka Travel would be a vital part of the planning process for our trip 14-day to Argentina. Analia and Cecilia made suggestions to ensure that we had an enjoyable and memorable vacation. They found great airfare rates and very comfortable accommodations, all within our budget. They also listened to what we wanted and never pushed anything that we did not want to do, creating a customized itinerary that included great activities as well as time to relax.
Analia is originally from Argentina and has travelled throughout South America, visiting many of the places her clients want to visit. Cecilia has lived her life in Argentina and also loves to travel. Their personal experience complements their professional services and expertise.
We had several transportation problems due to flight cancellations and delays beyond our control. Analia and Cecilia went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations and helped us through every road block we encountered. They rearranged our itinerary, found alternative modes of transportation and hotel accommodations, all within a short time after a phone call or email to them. They even provided us with a list of very helpful phrases when we unexpectedly found ourselves needing to take a taxi to the bus station and purchase tickets in a city where English is rarely spoken! I truly am thankful that Analia and Cecilia were so concerned for our well-being...just like your own sisters would be.
Despite our travel issues, my husband and I had a WONDERFUL vacation. Every destination was worth the extra efforts to get there. Our vacation could have been a complete loss had it not been for Eureka Travel's individualized attention and support. They saved us a huge amount of time, absorbed a lot the stress and saved us a considerable amount of money.
