COMPLAINED TO THE FTC

I have been with SMC, now SLC for 22 years. During that time I built my own eCommerce sites. I then decided to go with the smallest website with their affiliat that I could afford. Not complaining about the $29.95; what I take issue with is the OBSOLETE product they sell. None of the functions that I needed to work, didn't. IE: deleting products: it says it can but it doesn't apply to me. I read every manual and watched every video and so many of the functions didn't apply to my version of this product. Any time I complained, it was long and difficult conversations because of a high turnover. I was constantly told, "we can upgrade you to a better site." Um, what? UP-SELLING AD NAUSEUM.
DON'T SELL AN OBSOLETE PRODUCT, PERIOD.
