I called DuroPower and spoke with Joe Hsu for the first time 9/18/09. I requested a quote for a qty7 portable diesel generators of several different models. Joe quickly responded to my request. At that time, I was under the impression that I would be receiving a PO from my customer for the product that day, but did not.
10/19/09, I received a PO from my customer with the request that I ship the product that day. Joe honored the price from 31 days prior but also advised that he could not ship the product until he received a wire transfer of funds. I found this rather inconvenient, but obliged. Within 2 hours after I sent the wire transfer of funds, Joe faxed me the BOL (bill of lading) with the Pro# (tracking number) for the shipment of 7 portable diesel generators.
Joe was very quick to reply to my emails, respond to my phone calls, and overall did a FANTASTIC job. He processed my order quickly and shipped the same day. He was very polite and professional.
I wish more of my suppliers were as polite and responsive as he was!! I can't thank him enough for following through on his promises and commitments!!
