I highly recommend these guys! We called, and they came when they said they would be here, and did not charge a "service fee" just to show up. Danny P. was the name of the plumber who came and did the work for us (we had 2 leaky toilets and weird water pressure in the house). Danny diagnosed the problem as a broken water regulator and completed the job for about 25% of the cost we were quoted by Mike Diamond. Danny was professional and pleasant to speak to, detailing the problem as he diagnosed it and explaining what the problem was. He did not charge us for work that did not need to be done (once he fixed the water pressure regulator, one of the toilets was fine:))This is the second time we have used Drain Rooter and have been pleased with both experiences.
