Sloppy Work, Bad Attitude!!

My water heater stopped working and my homeowners warranty sent out Drain Aid Plumbing. This was the worst contractor we've experienced. Rick, the contractor, was rude and unprofessional. He even uses profanity when he speaks. He did replace the water
heater, Although the mess he left behind and his response to it is the reason for this review. I wish I could post pictures. My old water heater is aprox. 33 years old and in a outdoor cabinet on my clean patio. Rick ripped the frame and door off of the cabinet,
left a pile of trash and fiberglass, sludge and trails and piles of rust and debris on my patio and throughout my back and front yard, and didn't leave any paperwork or receipt. When I call him on it, He was very combatant and said "I'm not driving over to
your house. I'll mail it to you."
