Once they have you money, you are out of luck. If they can't provide the service or you need a different type of service they can't provide, they will not return the remainder of your prepaid account so NEVER pay for more than a month in advance. I paid for the year and after a few months, I was not happy with the service. They would not cancel ore refund my money. I contacted the better business bureau and they had a rating of D! Keep your money and go elsewhere. They are full of fraud like so many internet shops.
