This company was true to their word about free storage for a month and timely delivery of our belongings. However, they treated our boxes like used rags. Many boxes were torn up on the sides and looked like they had been thrown around. I was so dissappointed in the way they managed boxes. They were stacked so high in the truck anything at the bottom could have gotten crushed (and some items were). They had no regard for which direction the boxes were supposed to go. For instance, boxes with a label of "this way up" were placed on their sides. My aquarium with a large "fragile" sticker was also placed on its side. Many boxes were also tumped over to fit on the dolly better for the movers.
If you go with this company, DO NOT give them your fragile items. Half of my grandmother's china was busted and the box was torn up like it had been run over, even though it was labeled with a giant "fragile" sticker. Several glasses and a microwave dish that THEY packed got smashed. When we called for a claim, the 60 cents a pound insurance they offer is only to items they pack, so be very wary!
Upon delivery of our items, the 2 men that unloaded our things were very friendly, but were Russian, and spoke broken English! We were told everyone in the company spoke English, but apparently not fluent English.
Nothing happened to our furniture, because they wrapped each piece in packing blankets and shrink wrap, and taped them good. Which, by the way, we had to pay extra for. They tell you in the quote that shrink wrapping is free, but we got charged for rolls and rolls of tape and rolls and rolls of shrink wrap.
I would not recommend this company if you have a lot of boxed items. Go with a UHaul and do it yourself correctly!
