I have shipped 6 cars with these guys over as many years. I keep going back because of their prices, but they are definitely a hit or miss company. If all goes well when doing business with DAS, consider yourself lucky as I think that is about a 50/50 proposition. I have learned not to expect accurate delivery times and just take that as a given. I always assume that there will definitely be a scratch or two on the car due to DAS handling, and I accept that too. I know that it would simply be a fruitless exercise in aggravation and dismay to deal with these guys over stuff like that. The one thing that is consistent with DAS is their unbelievably poor customer service. If you can get to speak with “the only” customer service person, she is oblivious, usually rude and dismissive of your needs. To a certain extent no shipping company is immune to the inherent issues and potential problems involved with shipping cars across the country, but the bottom line with DAS is they are absolutely 100% content providing marginal service and clearly have no sense of responsibility or obligation to their customers. "Caveat emptor" (Let the buyer beware.)
