My experience: they were a day late collecting the vehicle. Their tracking system does not work - it is still showing the car to be 800 miles away and I have just confirmed that it has arrived. Disregard the tracking system - I don't know why they advertise it. I have not yet checked for damage.
My advice: If any other company is anywhere near DAS price do not use DAS. They are not time dependable. I would not use them again unless I am not interested in when the car will arrive.
