When I first called DAS they were great. I scheduled my pick up and my SUV was picked up on July 24. He told me to continue to check the online tracking device to help track where my SUV is located. Well, 9 days passed and it still did not move, it was still in San Diego, CA. Originally the ETA date was Aug 6th, then it jumped to Aug 10th and then Aug 8th, Aug 9th, Aug 11th, as of yesterday the ETA was Aug 12th, but now it is currently Aug 13th. I have called customer service, but it does not help, the only consistent response that I have received is “we do not guarantee delivery times”. My SUV has been sitting 3 hours away since Friday Aug 7th in IL, and here it is Aug 11th and still nothing. From tracking and calling customer service, it seems like they do not work weekends. Not an issue but their communication is very poor and the sales rep are very misleading in the aspect that they are telling you to use the tracking device that is pointless ,because the only information that is right on that, is where the vehicle is setting. Also, by selling you that you may get your vehicle sooner, which may be true in some cases, but not mine. Also, what they don’t tell you is that once your vehicle is load on a truck, it could be unloaded several times and put on many other trucks before it meets the final destination, again, information that would be nice to know. The last time I called. I tried to give them feedback on how they could improve their process, but did not want to hear it.
