Lousy Service Even worse Customer Service...Called on the 5th to schedule a pick up. Gave credit card info and they charged my card immediatly. Said pick up would be within 5 days from the available date. I told them it was available now but person insisted on adding 3 days instead. This gave a pick up date of th 13th. Vehicle was not actually picked up until the 17. Was told at the time of booking it would be delivered by the 24th. According to thier up to date tracking,(which is bullshit) the vehicle is still at its original destination. Looks like it will be 2 more weeks til I see my vehicle. I think I will call my credit card company and file a breech and get them to reverse the charges until the vehicle get here. Why should I pay for a months of interest and not have my vehicle as promised? Calls to book service go thru right away but have to wait on hold for a customer service rep for atleast 20 minutes. My suggestion is to not use your order number and act like you are booking a new order, then really give it to the CSR. Interesting to see how much they lie to you and promise you that everything will be on schedule just to get your buck. Maybe a Class action lawsuit will get future customers better service.

Update: 7/23/09 DAS has had my money for 2 weeks and the vehicle has not left its original destination. Vehicle was to be here 7/24/09 according to original estimate I was given when I booked the service. It should be noted that after booking they sent me a shipping information form and even those dated are not the same as I was told over the phone. Of course they already have my money and wanted a $100.00 cancelation fee. Now they wont even let my calls go through. On hold for 20 mkinutes and then mysteriously my call keeps getting dropped. Call ID ring a bell? CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. I am contacting an attorney and am looking ito filing a class action suit against DAS for intentionally giving false information for the sake of obtaining a sale, breech of contract, and punitive damages because they are intentionally decieving customer jsut to win thier business.
