we are disputing a CC charge. I was actually contacted by "Bernie"- when i tried to cancel my appt with them. i was told it would be a $150 cancellation fee. that's a bit steep, but they ended up charging $263!! and i also never got my confirmation email for a receipt either even though i asked for it-TWICE. i never even got my confirmation when i booked my appt. They even tried to call my landline to convince allow them to take my car AFTER I had already cancelled my booking.
