I purchased a new motor and some accessories in April of 2010 from Ridemax Inc. and received everything through regular shipping. First off, the box they shipped the 80# engine in was a joke! It had no packing material, no bubble wrap, nothing. The engine was in a plastic bag and was full of crank case oil because it was turned over during shipping. No lable on the box for this side up or caution content will leak if turned over, something! Anyway, I got the stuff. I take full blame for ordering the wrong motor. My bad! I called and asked how to return and get the correct engine. I spent almost $30 of my own money to repack the motor so it would arrive back at Ridemax in one piece. Shipping was another $60. It is now December 27 and I have had it with all the excuses. I have called, emailed and faxed until I am blue in the face. Everytime I call I get a different person who knows nothing regarding my invoice return or says that the owner will have to issue the refund check. You know what? #*@($$& you. Small claims court, here I come.
